You can cancel your reservation online up to 24 hours prior to the pickup date/time at no cost. Do you mean return the car to Brussels or just drive there?

Your license from Qatar is written in part in English I believe? If you are able to obtain an IDL prior to travelling then do so, basically an IDL Is simply a translation.

Just type in the location you wish to rent a car from on the website and all the information you require will be displayed. Once you have made your reservation you will receive an email confirmation voucher with all the precise details, this might help to search for the nearest pick up location:-

During the booking process once you have entered your search criteria, you will see car photos (results). At the top right hand side is a drop down filter, choose "SORT BY DISTANCE”. This will shuffle the available cars based upon nearest, with a small map. The specified distance above the map is the distance from the inserted desired location to the location of the nearest supplier. Click on the little map to expand and the exact address/location will be shown.
